 19th Century, Very Rare Thai Wooden Reclining Buddha

Very Thai wooden reclining buddha on lotus base, with meditative facial expression, painted with lacquer and gilding. The reclining Buddha represents the passing of the Buddha into nirvana after his death.

Age: Thailand, circa 19th Century
Measurement: Height 12.4 C.M. / Length 22 C.M.
