Charles Rosen [1878 - 1950], b. Pa., studied - New York School of Art, Lived in New Hope, Pa. until 1920. Member of the National Academy of Design, Director of the Arts Student League in Woodstock where Rosen lived until his death. Exhibited - Salmagundi Club, Panama-Pacific Exposition in SF, [1915], Carnegie Institute, Inness Gold Medal - National Acad. of Design. This print/litho entitled - "Bridge on the Seine", pencil signed C. Rosen. In very good original condition. One small fox mark [visible in photo of signature], some very minor scattered soiling [most likely on the glass]. Framed in original frame. Not examined out of frame. Image measures app. 10 1/2" X 12 1/4".
