Neo-Rococo and finely detailed, this 20th Century American label will be a fine addition to a service bar. Circa 1950, approximately 2-1/4 by 1-1/4 inches.

In excellent condition, this fine first edition of Alec Waugh's fine enological treatise retains its beautiful cover with a design by Biro. Also with it is offered three colorful California wine booklets that have been enclosed in the pages for around half-a-century.

A fine sterling silver handwrought brooch in the form of a clematis blossom set with a cabochon red garnet. Signed "Keet," American, circa 1955. Approximately 1-1/2 inches by two inches.

Not having found a similar example, I do not know if this mustard pot is American, English or Continental. The glass body, with its design of stylized scallop shells, is formed in a three-part mould, and the hinged pewter top is of good weight and secure. It probably dates from the mid-Nineteenth Century and is about four inches tall, 2-1/2 inches in diameter, with a stemmed base about 1-3/4 inches in diameter.

Esthetic Movement butter knife of simple, elegant shape, its only decoration being bright-cut engraving, the top made to resemble anthemion-topped moulded flatware, and a japonesque diagonal-banded design with a spray of marsh flowers on the blade. Initialed with a Gothic letter "P" (could be anything)and hallmarked "Dexter & Haskins" (untraced). Excellent condition. See Trocadero Item #13648 for similar silver.

Just waiting for a length of silk ribbon is this handsome chrome-plated French buckle in blue champleve enamel set with crackled paste cabuchons. Fine wearable condition, circa 1930, approximately 2-1/4 inches by 1-3/4 inches.

Handsome and elegant, this classic set of cuff-links and three shirt-studs are concave black onyx with enameled silver frames.

Quite wearable -- if you have size 6-1/4 hands – is this pair of high-fashion 1930’s day gloves in finest kidskin. They are in perfect condition and were made in France by the noted firm of Perrin’s. Approximately 8-1/2 inches by 3-1/4 inches.

This lovely shell-bowled English sterling silver spoon is a perfect companion to a fine tea caddy. It is crested with a high-relief inverted fleur-de-lys and hallmarked London 1969-70, maker "R&K." Condition is mint and it is almost four inches long.

Set in the base of this shallow silver bowl is a 25-piastres coin of 1929. Very fine condition. No marks.

Not a copy, but a clever assimulation of the style of a denarius of the Roman Republic is this the pendant of this German iron watch fob; even the metal replicates the patina of an antique. Third quarter of the Nineteenth Century. "Coin" is about an inch in diameter and the fob's over-all length 2-3/4 inches.

An incredible tour-de-force of needlework is this small gem, combining a myriad of techniques to portray a basket of flowers surrounded by other flowers and borders, all in multicolor silks and silver-gilt threads and sequins. Back is in plain cream silk. A beautiful object for a textile collection or for a doll's house. English or Continental, circa 1810, approximately 2-1/2 inches by 2-1/8 inches.
