| The interior of this artist signed bowl is decorated with a scene from the festival of lanterns. Around the periphery of the interior is a band of cranes in flight. The exterior shows a garden scene with butterflies. It measures 7 3/8" x 2 1/2". There are a couple of minor flea bite chips in the gold on the rim and some minimal wear. This item dates back to the Meiji Period or about 1890 - 1900. | |||||||||||||
