| The form on this vase is very unusual. The lowest lobe is decorated with two scenes depicting the boys' day festival. The middle lobe shows goddesses and children, while the upper lobe shows boys at play. The vase is not signed, but it is almost certainly the work of the Meizan or Hozan studios. The condition is excellent and it dates about 1880. The dimensions are 4 7/8" x 2". | |||||||||||
