God Osiris Egypt, Late Period, 664 - 323 BC. Egyptian bronze figure of Osiris, the seated figure of Osiris shown wearing the atef crown and carrying the crook and flail in crossed arms. Very fine quality. Size: 13.5 cm H. Provenance: - Ex. Jan Wils (1891-1972) Collection, the Netherlands. Thence by descent. Jan Wils was the architect of the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam, built for the Summer Olympics in 1928. Ref: EB6. Provided of export License.
