The interior of this plate depicts a living room scene; a couple are sitting on chairs chatting and a young maid is standing near by. Eight symbols which represent the Eight Immortals and multiple plants are around the center living room scene. The rim is decorated with peach and textile patterns. Multiple floral, peach, textile patterns and four Shou characters (SHOU, means longevity) are decorated outside the plate. There is an honorable Ming Dynasty Cheng Hua mark on the bottom.
