| This is a finely fired yunomi (tea cup) in the Bizen style by Mori Seishi (1944~), of the famous Mori family which includes his father Chikusan and his brother Tozan. He is a traditional Bizen potter known for his fine firings. He exhibits widely in Japan at finer galleries and traditional exhibitions. The cup is 3 5/8” high and 2 ¾” wide. The artist’s signature is inside of the original wood box and his mark is on the bottom of the tea cup. It is in excellent condition. | ||
