This finely fired yunomi (informal tea cup) with sangiri markings on the body was made by one of the finest makers of sake drinking vessels in Bizen. Makoto is the son of the late Rokuro, who was considered one of the finest makers of Bizen sake vessels in his day. Makoto has been influenced by Rosanjin and LNT (Living National Treasure) Kaneshige Toyo. It comes with signed box. It is 3 ¼” high and 2 ¾” in diameter. It is in excellent condition.
