| This nice shorter Matsu-Yuki tokkuri was made by noted contemporary potter Kako Katsumi. Kako (b. 1965) came from a family of commercial potters from Kyoto, but decided at an early age to become an art potter. He is highly thought of by several Japanese ceramic magazines and has won the grand prize at the prestigious Tea Forms Exhibition in Japan. The sake bottle is 5” high and 3 1/2” wide. It comes with a signed box and it is in excellent condition. | ||
