| Charming, Naive Folk Painting, watercolor of English Landscape, on "Whatman's Water Colour Sketching Board...Winsor & Newton, Ltd." signed lower left, "E. Mead." Probably original narrow, gilded wood frame with tiny beading inside edge. Stamp on verso reads in part, "F. Casson, (unreadable address) Carver, Gilder, Dealer in Artist's Materials." Under glass, it measures 6.75" x 14" (17.14 x 35.56 cm), plus the frame of slightly less than .50" (1.27 cm) wide and deep. Excellent condition. c. 1930-1940. $15 US Shipping. | |||||||||
