| A Rare, 8-piece set of 19th to early 20th Century Venetian Goblets in an exquisite, elegant, and intricate raised design, where the Cranberry bowl of each goblet has been mold-blown, and then lushly gilded. The mouthblown, clear stems are attached with a disk style knop. The stems flare out to a hollow, trumpet shape, twisting the shallow ribbing all the way to the base; stems have generous scattered gold. The fine craftsmanship leads us to suggest these were created by the Baroviers. Large at 8" (20.32 cm) tall, 3.5" (8.89 cm) diameter. Excellent condition, with some wear to the rim gilding. c. 1890-1914. $40 US Shipping. | |||||||||
