| Opaque white, French Opaline, hinged Casket with ornate gold-plated metal mounts, and nice working clasp. In some lighting, the opaline has a lovely, very slight green cast. Most of the gilding has worn away; one small chip on back left corner, two encased inclusions -- very tiny, pinpoint black front lower left, and small white inclusion above back mount (pictured).
