| 19th Century Chalice type Goblet attributed to The Venice and Murano Glass Company Limited (Salviati & Co.), Salviati Dott. Antonio. Large bowl is transparent glass in opaque white and aventurine mezza filigrana (thin, diagonal,parallel rods) with transparent, attached, conical foot included with generous real gold powder; reinforced folded rim on the foot, and sharp, snapped pontil. Overall height is 5.5" (13.97 cm), bowl diameter is nearly 4.5" (11.43 cm), and foot diameter is 4.25" (10.79 cm). A few, normal, non-threatening, internal bubbles; excellent condition. c. 1872-1895. $16 US Shipping. | |||||||||
