14 items in various metals and finishes, from “ormolu” collection, including 1 set of 4 corner pieces; 2 sets of 2 corner pieces; 1 set of 4 ornament feet; 1 ornament ormolu mount with jewels (presumably glass), and 4 ball feet, signed “Made In Czechoslovokia;” and 1 Napoleon Medallion, very thin, gold-plated bronze, under convex glass, surrounded by heavy gold-plated frame, with small hole in top for mounting, stating in French around perimeter, “Napoleon Emporer of France and King of Italy,” and beneath the profile, “Galle Fecit.” presumably for Claude Galle (1759-1846), famous French bronzier, or his son, Gerard-Jean Galle, both of whom were suppliers of decorative bronze to Napoleon Bonaparte. MEASUREMENTS: Napoleon Medallion is 3.5" diameter, .50" tall; largest corner pieces are 3.25" length of one side; medium corner pieces are 2.5" length of one side; smallest corner pieces are 2" length of one side; set of ornament feet are 2" x 1.25"; ornament mount is 4" arm-to-arm, oval is 1" x 1.50" x 1.25" tall. CONDITION: Very good condition generally, although each item has small imperfections, and/or minor damages, and/or losses, and none should be considered as being perfect. All need to be cleaned. AGE: varies; we judge the pieces to range from late 18th Century to early 19th Century, with the exception of the jeweled Czechoslovokian piece which would be the early 1900s. $18 US Shipping.
