Attic find. Exquisite, delicate Boehm porcelain "American Express Christmas Rose," with "Edward Marshall Boehm"'s signature within the feather of the logo. Measures about 7" x 5.75" x 3.25" tall. Holly berries are on a bronze metal stem. Originally sold for over $600. Excellent condition, but priced for one petal (pictured) which we question. Every photo of the rose that we have seen has some sort of petal like this, and owing to the fact that each item is handmade, with no two exactly alike, it is difficult to know. c. 1970s. $18 US Shipping.
