Chalkware figurine. Circa 1935. In the form of ballroom dancers. Good original condition. Some nicks and loss of paint. No repairs. Measures 13 1/2"h x 7 1/2"w x 4"d.

Offered as carnival prizes, some chalkware pieces depict classic pop culture icons. This elegant dancing couple may represent Hollywood matinee idols Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers.

Onyx and sterling figural pin. Circa 1940. Marked STERLING, 925, MEXICO. Chased and repoussed silver with bezel set onyx cabachons. Sword and scabbard chatelain style brooch. Each part has double c-clasp, no safety. Sword can be sheathed and worn as one pin. Sword measures 2 7/8" long x 1 1/4" wide. Scabbard measures 2 1/4" long x 7/8" wide. Together they measure 3 1/2" long x 1 1/4" wide. Age appropriate patina to recessed areas. Excellent condition.
