Published in June 1910 by Methuen & Co. London. Blue boards with ornate gilt lettering on the spine. The boards show signs of wear on the edges and there is light foxing on the map/paste down. Two pages with illustrations have separated. The back pages reference books published by Methuen.

A white metal charm bracelet with tubular pendant/charm which holds an expandable cigarette holder.(One end shows very light wear.) This whimsical piece is referenced on page 11 of Costume Jewelry Identification and Price Guide by Marian Cohen. She notes the maker as SCOPE, however the bracelet is not marked. The curb chain bracelet measures 7" , the tube/charm 1-1/4" excluding bale.
Ca 1950 A vintage Pineda style turquoise set. Each piece is marked 970 Taxco Mexico; the bracelet and ring also have the eagle 3. There is a faint maker's mark, M.. omez (for MI Gomez) on the ring. A turquoise in one of the earrings has a small chip, and one of the bracelet's stones has a tiny nick. The inverted question mark (screwback) earrings hang 1-1/2". The ring is a size 6.25~ the bracelet measures 7" x 5/8". Total weight: 3.4 ozs. All unpolished.
