Jewish Bronze Coin of Shimon Bar-Kocba, leader of the second revolt against Rome 132-135 A.D.. Found in Hebron. Coin in excellent condition with natural patina. In modern 18K Gold setting.

Obverse: Seven-branched palm tree with two bunches of dates; inscription in field reads “SHIMON”.

Reverse: Vine leaf with inscription “For the freedom of Jerusalem”.
