In the form of a scarab beetle, the reverse depicts a human-headed sphinx walking left with Uraeus (royal cobra) in front. Ankh (life) and other hieroglyphs in field within rope border.

The sphinx depicted here is most likely a representation of the king, per Egyptian iconographic custom. This is further supported by the inclusion of the royal cobra on the scarab.
