|Cypro-Archaic Period; c. 600-475 B.C. Wheel made of beige clay with a slightly reddish tone. Cylindrical bodied vessel with inverted trefoil rimmed mouth, a slightly concave neck, on a slightly raised base. Handle from shoulder to rim. Vessel decoration consists of seven sets of dark brown painted concentric circles on body, band on base of neck and ladder pattern on top of the handle. Found in Hebron, imported during antiquity. In excellent and original condition. 10.1 inches (26 cms) high; 6.9 inches (17.9 cms) maximum diameter; 3.2 inches (8.1 cms) base diameter Worldwide shipping and Certificate of Authenticity included in price.
