A HELLENISTIC TERRACOTTA OIL LAMP
c. 2nd-1st century B.C.

Moldmade of cream clay with double convex body and long nozzle , triangular in shape , raised ring surrounding the wide filling hole, a slight circular base. Red slip on upper part of body and rim with radiating lines in relief.

Found in Jerusalem. In excellent and original condition.

3.35 x 2.6 x 1.26 inches (8.5 x 6.5 x 3.2 cm)

Export Approval from Israel Antiquities Authority.
