| Superb plique-au-jour beaker, executed in vibrant colored enamels in a twisted wire matrix. Of slightly tapered section, the beaker measures 2" (5.1 cm) across the upper lip and 1 3/4" (4.4 cm) across the base. In excellent condition, the piece stands approximately 2 5/8" (6.65 cm) tall and weighs 1.63 oz (46.1 grams). The vibrant color palette extends through to the base and is highlighted with unusual yellow and pink hues. Apparently unmarked, but quite likely by Ovchinnikov. | ||
