| Superb set of Russian silver & shaded enamel teaspoons, contained in their original fitted box. Protected by their wooden, velvet & silk lined box, this wonderful set of spoons is in pristine condition. Of traditional form, the back of each bowl is fully enameled in high-quality floral & geometric designs against fields of green and powder-blue. Each shank shows a twisted section, capped with an enameled end and crown finial. Measuring 4" (10.1 cm) in length, each spoon is perfectly gilded and hallmarked for Dmitry Yegerov, a manufacturer known to have worked both independently and in conjunction with the 11th Moscow Artel. Each spoons weighs 0.52 oz (14.7 grams). A marvelous presentation set, excellent in every respect. | ||
