Measurements: Height: 2" - Width: 1 1/2" - Depth: approximately 5/8" MINIATURE
Prince Matchabelli: Wind Song.
In very good condition: no cracks or chips and the gilding is without damage. Not bad for a bottle created in 1958! (Perfume was emptied long ago.)
Measurements; WHEEL DIAMETER: 2 3/4" - WIDTH: 1 3/4"
This is a perfect love token for anyone looking for an unusual heart shaped Valentine's Day gift. I doubt that your special, antique loving Valentine will already have one!
Unisex and for all ages. The bell does jingle when the rope is pulled, but not so loudly as to drive a parent totally crazy.
Great sculptural quality just hung on a wall.
No damages or repairs. Lovely patina on the wheels and on the split brass bell...
Measurements: 3" long x 2.5" wide x 2" tall
This is definitely a happy frog - check out the smile!
Made of white or pot metal and painted green and black with brown lily pads. Some paint missing with the white metal showing through. Easily touched up, if the buyer chooses. But I think of the scuffs as part of his "personality."
Mr. Frog might have had many uses, but I have used him to keep track of a pen or pencil on my over crowded desk.
Measurements: BOTTLE: 2 1/2" x 5/8" - TOP: 5/8" x 1/4" diameter.
In very good condition - without missing silver or chips to the body of the bottle. The top has a replaced cork.
At first I believed that the bottle was pink milk glass with sterling overlay, but as you can see from photo #4, the bottle is made of porcelain painted with pink enamel - with some hand etched design on the silver.
The number on the bottom of the bottle is 6351.
c. 1920's - France
Measurements: WEIGHT: 1 troy oz. sterling - LENGTH: 6" - WIDTH: 1/2" tapering to 1/4"
This letter opener was purchased in Arizona in late 1950's - early 1960's. The design and hallmarks indicate that the opener was created by a Hopi silversmith - although I have not been able to identify the specific silversmith by the hallmarks of a sun and bear claws.
Clearly marked "sterling" and in excellent, undamaged condition.
Measurements: closed: 5 3/8" in the original Cartier box
Sold in1990 and all original including the Mont Blanc ink cartridge (which may need to be replaced as it is over 12 years old).
Excellent, undamaged and, perhaps, unused condition.
The cap is platinum and gold plated. The body of the pen is of classic black resin.
Mont Blanc #116322
Measurements: total HEIGHT: 7" x WIDTH: 21/2" x DEPTH: 1 3/8" - STOPPER 1" x 5/8" diameter
This perfume/cologne bottle appears to be mold blown with a modified "blob top" lip - modified in that the lip has been smoothed flat rather than being a rounded "blob."
Very little damage to the original color lithographed label - the graphics remain clear and detailed; the colors very slightly faded...
Measurements: 9 1/2" tall x 6" greatest width x 3" from the back of the head to the tip of the nose - ARMS: 4 1/2" long - LEGS: 3 7/8" long
I have been told that the bear is either a Farnell or a Hermann made in the 1920's. You will have to decide from the photos, as I am not a bear expert.
Original felt pads with embroidered black claws on the four paws..
The nose and mouth are also hand stitched with black thread...
Measurements: 3" diameter (not including tail) x 3" tall
Handmade, homemade - possibly a "make do" when a favorite china figurine was damaged.
Excellent, unfaded velvet - pink and green - with green embroidery - and an attached matching sewing strawberry. The tail is black velvet, appropriate for the grey and black coloration of the china dog head.
Hand painted dog head with only a bit of the black paint missing to the tips of the ears and the top of the nose...
Measurements: 4 celluloid (French ivory) table markers: 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" - attached with original pink cotton string to four tiny metal capped pencils: 2 1/4"
Great bit of nostalgia and still usable with those wonderful Art Deco bridge tallies.
Measurements: 7/8" x 1 1/4" x 1"
According to the estate, this was a souvenir of a trip to Italy back in the late 1950's.
Made of punched brass plated metal backed with black glove leather - in the form of a treasure chest.
The sewing accessories within are a thimble, tiny spool with 2 colors of thread, a needle and safety pin.
No damages. Only the red thread appears to have been used.
The thimble photographed in unpolished condition.
Measurements: Approximately 3" tall.
This is one of a set of Golliwoggs (Golliwogs) distributed by Robertson's English Jam and Jelly in the 1950's.
In good condition (please view photos) for a guy who is over 60 years old!
