Handmade, homemade - possibly a "make do" when a favorite china figurine was damaged.

Excellent, unfaded velvet - pink and green - with green embroidery - and an attached matching sewing strawberry. The tail is black velvet, appropriate for the grey and black coloration of the china dog head.

Hand painted dog head with only a bit of the black paint missing to the tips of the ears and the top of the nose...

Measurements: 4 celluloid (French ivory) table markers: 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" - attached with original pink cotton string to four tiny metal capped pencils: 2 1/4"

Great bit of nostalgia and still usable with those wonderful Art Deco bridge tallies.

These two little dishes have identical designs, but are enameled in different palettes.

Looking at the back of the dishes, one can see the design outline impressed into the copper metal. I believe this is called champleve.

In very good condition with only one tiny ding to the blue surround.

I would use these pieces as dresser trays for earrings or hair clips...

A lovely, diminutive perfume or cologne bottle in the hobnail pattern.

The ground glass stopper fits snugly so that the bottle is totally usable.

No chips, cracks, sick glass or other damages...

This is a marked 800 silver thimble with vermeil banding and 6 turquoise (glass??) cabochon stones. Suitable size for an adult.

No holes or other damages. VERY beautiful and usable.

****A second thimble is also available - but with coral (glass??) stones.

Each bag is silk screened (so there will be tiny differences depending on the inking process).

25 bags in unused condition.

Measurements: 4 1/4" long with Art Nouveau design of flowers and leaves produced by the Adams Manuf. Co. in 1905.

The metal is silver plate over brass.

The name on the spoon - Eurtrophia - is the name of a horse breeding farm in Ohio. (The word, eutrophia, refers to nutrition.)

I believe the spoon is a souvenir spoon from this equestrian farm, but that is only my best guess.

Perhaps it was a souvenir of a turn of the century spa/health farm which focused on good nutrition.

The photo of the gentleman is sepia tone and clear. The lady's photo is also sepia, but with one half of the image blurred.

The metal is gold plate over copper, with little wear to the plating. Original "c" catch.
