Measurements: 2" diameter with a domed profile of 5/8" set into a silver full cup bezel with original "c" clasp. Pin stem appears to either have been replaced or re-soldered.
A gorgeous portrait of a wealthy woman of the court or a courtesan wearing an ornate kimono covered in gold moriage representing threads of gold. The hair ornaments are also golden.
Beautiful life like detail.
The only damage I see is a bit of moriage bead work missing from the frame surround.

This is a lucite bangle which dates to the late 1950's-1960's. It has been hand etched and then hand painted.
The design is of moon and stars and the famous French character: Pierrot.
A bit of paint is missing on the moon and two stars.

The engraved French motto translates into English as "I will remain steadfast until death" which suggests that this fob might be a love token - echoing the wedding vow of "until death do us part."
The carved semi precious stone is a genuine amethyst. The metal tests as gold filled.
