Measurements: 2.5" x 1.5" with 1" diameter - WEIGHT: .75 oz. Marked "sterling" under the handle. See photo #2. Perhaps this would be the perfect baby gift for a future judge as the shape is that of a tiny gavel with an ivory handle. Obviously, the rattle was well loved as there are a few minor dents which will almost disappear visually once the rattle is polished. (As always, my vintage pieces are photographed unpolished.) The handle is riveted to the sterling collar. Edwardian baby toy. |
