Measurement: 1 1/8" diameter This was probably meant to be a charm or an award (military?) and a ring can easily be solder on to allow the piece to hang on a bracelet or a chain. The design is very strong and the detail clear without damage to either the gold or the enamel. From the design, I would date this piece to c. 1915, but this is just my best guess. |
