Decorated with an applied decoration of naturalistic designs, with partial gilt enhancement. The back bears the sterling mark as well as the unidentified initials of HT. The pendant is probably Native American, possibly Zuni. It is paired with a substantial sterling silver cable chain with a replaced spring-ring clasp. (The pendant is closer in date to 1980; the chain is closer to 1970.) The entire necklace drops almost 14 inches. Weights: Chain, 24.5 grams; Pendant, 19 grams.

Formed as a modified, fan-like headdress or war bonnet, made for the tourist trade. The ring band is marked on the inside Solid Silver/Hand Made by Indians. It is probably Navajo, and substantially made. The top of the ring measures about 1 1/8 inches at the widest area by 1 1/8 inches long. It is sized at a 4 ¾. Weight: 9.6 grams
Probably Navajo, with impressed jagged arcs around the outside, and very substantial. The inside is marked sterling. The seam is roughly joined on the inside, but secure. The bangle measures about 2 ½ inches in diameter and has an interior circumference of about 8 inches. Weight: 36.9 grams

This handmade silver chain necklace is composed of twisted bar links and cylindrical beads. The cylinders are decorated with scored rounded ends and engraved chevrons. An applied plaque at the hook clasp bears the mark of a conjoined M and P, possibly for Navajo silver artist Alice Platers (Barton Wright, Hallmarks of the Southwest, Schiffer, 2nd ed.). It is not marked for silver, but tests definitely for silver, probably sterling. The necklace is conservatively dated...

The pendant drops of these American Indian sterling earrings are decorated with impressed dark curls that are textured and highly oxidized for dramatic effect. The back of one pendant bears the mark of Hopi Enterprises or Hopicrafts, two workshops founded by Hopi silversmith Wayne Sekaquaptewa. They have secure threaded posts with screw-on clutches (not pictured); they measure a little over 1 1/2 inches long by 3/4 inch at the widest part.
