This bold and intricate ring is the work of Hans Teppich, an Israeli silversmith who was especially active in Jerusalem during the 1950s. Flattened sterling silver wirework curls around an oval cabochon chrysoprase, which is securely bezel-mounted. The stone bears no scratches or other signs of wear. The band is well wrought and strong. The ring top is large, measuring 1 1/8 inches long by 1 inch wide. The Teppich and sterling marks are inside the band. The ring is a little over a 5.

Costume cuff links that read like their more precious counterparts. Squared, stepped gold-plated frames hold lustered white glass cabochons that resemble mother-of-pearl. They are very well made with secure chains and bails; the backs of two buttons are marked as plated gold, with what looks like a maker’s mark. They are probably European, possibly French by the workmanship. Each button measures ½ inch square.

The pin measures 1 ¾ inches long (including the rod) and 1 1/8 inches wide.

This studio-produced ring is formed as an extreme arch with extended edges. The applied decoration of beading interspersed with a wavy silver wire is enhanced with a highly oxidized background. The top protrudes 5/16 inch above the finger; the sides of the band are curved inward, making the ring quite comfortable to wear. The ring is a size 8. Weight: 5.3 grams

These abstract earrings are formed from curled white metal rods bisected by long wires with three rough-cut bluish-purple stones at the end. The earrings are marked ‘Mexico’ at the very top of the rods, where the metal is flattened. The stones look like blue tourmaline or, more probably, iolite, uncut and untreated. The total drop of the earrings, starting from the top of the kidney wires, is 3 ¼ inches.
