| This highly decorative link bracelet is composed of flower-form openwork panels impressed with tiny hatch marks and circles. It was made by the workshop of ORNO, which an Internet source says was a post-World War II cooperative of artisans working in Poland. The bracelet bears the Polish mark for .800 silver; the assay mark is most likely a W for Warsaw, where the workshop was based, but it’s hard to decipher. It also bears a date mark for 1931-1963. There is another unidentified mark that resembles an Asian character, which may be the maker’s mark. The bracelet measures 7 ¾ inches long, including the hook clasp, by a little under 1 inch wide.
