| This is a unique batik tulis. I can't quite figure out if this is Peranakan Chinese Javanese or just Javanese..... Either way, the background is very finely done in a pattern that is called "pasiran" which means "sand" like. And if you take a look at the close up, you can see what to me looks like a the flowing patterns of the sand in a Zen Japanese garden. | ||
