Rare Chinese Yuan / Early Ming Dynasty Porcelain Water Dropper
This rare and unusual water dropper dates to the 13th / 14th century. It is heavily-potted and in the form of a reclining figure. It is coated in a translucent clear glaze, that is very finely-crackled, on top of a white slip. The concave base remains unglazed. Unfortunately the spout has long since been broken and lost. Length 6 cm. No repair or restoration.
