This small pottery cup was made during the Tang Dynasty (AD 618 - 906) and would originally have been one of a set of wine cups. The sancai (three colour) glazes are very finely crackled. Diameter 5.75 cm (2.25 inches). It is in fine condition with no restoration or repair.
