Chinese Qing Dynasty / 19th Century Blue & White Porcelain Dish (Ex. Lammers Collection)
This heavily-potted porcelain dish was made during the latter part of the Qing Dynasty (1644 - 1912). It is coated in a thick glossy and finely-crackled glaze. It has a heavy unglazed foot and an unglazed ring on the inner surface allowing such dishes to be stacked on top of each other in the kiln during firing.
Diameter 17 cm (6.5 inches). This is a very nice example of its type in fine condition with no restoration or repair.
This dish is from the Lammers Collection: see images for more details.
