A Series of 6 Japanese Woodblock Shunga Prints. Utagawa School. 1850s. Edo Period

Each print 5 x 3 3/4 ins. (12.7 x 9.6 cms) Koban size. Because of Ebay rules regarding erotic material we all unable to show the uncensored prints but they can be seen on our website brianpage.co.uk. As usual with shunga they are unsigned but probably by Toyokuni 3rd. They are in very good un-faded condition. The designs at the bottom right and the centre of the bottom row both have minor repairs where the metallic pigment has rotted the paper. Please note the identification of the repaired prints refer to the group photo on Ebay.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ORIGINAL PRINTING NOT A FACSIMILE OR REPRINT

PLEASE INSPECT PHOTOS CAREFULLY
