Impressive & large Bizen vase by MATSUSHIMA HIROSHI

A spectacular, globular vase of Bizen stoneware in strong, earthern colours. Signed: MATSUSHIMA HIROSHI (b. 1960), a famous artist from Okayama prefecture, whose works have been exhibited numerous times in the past two decades. The vase itself dates from Heisei 7 (1995). Comes with an original, signed kiri-box. H 21 cm, D 23,5 cm. Condition: Perfect.
