This impressive vase is unmarked, but was most probably made in Czechoslovakia or West Germany between 1950 and 1980. The hand-cutting features miters, six rayed stars, six hobstars, hobnail panels and miniature eight-pointed star panels. The piece has a fine ring when struck and is in excellent condition. The dimensions are: height 15 inches or 38 cm, diameter 7 inches or 18 cm. The thickness of the wall is almost 1/2 inch or 12mm.

This exciting pair of salts represents the short and disputed production period of the Georg Jensen, Inc. USA mark used from 1945 until 1951. They also represent cutting edge design of the then emerging Modernism style. They are both rare and elegant. The pair is in perfect condition. Their combined weight is 70+/- gms or 2.2+/- ounces troy. The dimensions are: ht. 1", lgth. 2 3/8" and wdth. 1 5/8".

Classic Georg Jensen design in miniature - - - This understated form captures the stylized elegance of the larger Jensen pieces of the postwar period. The hallmarks suggest it was made after 1945 while the soft surface patination suggests it was used in a fine home for decades. The hallmarks include the Jensen dotted oval mark (1945 - present), 925 S, Sterling, Denmark and 42D, the design number. The piece is in perfect condition. Its dimensions are: ht. 2 3/8", lgth 5 1/4", wdth 4". (Two are available.) The weights of these pieces are 35.19 gms and 34.79 gms.

This striking vase in classic Chinese style is in a semi-matte, finely mottled glaze in a delicate shade of blue. The combination of the sophisticated form and its glaze makes this an appealing example. The piece is dated for 1928 and is in perfect condition. The height is 12 1/2".
