Massive example of Art Glass by the firm of Pallme-Konig & Habel, known as the leading competitor of Loetz in Austria in the early 1900's. Textured green glass with purple iridescent highlights similar to Loetz Papillon Glass. Allover random aubergine color threading which the firm is known for. Minor flaking at bottom edges. Set of eight very fine quality Art Deco cut crystal wine goblets. Thick walled "Gaulois" pattern made by Val St. Lambert in Belgium, circa 1928. Unusual geometrically cut stepped design; stem in amber crystal supporting clear and cut goblet. Excellent condition. Dimensions: Height 7 1/4", Diameter 3 1/2", circa 1928.
