Short ( 1.0 cm)stabilised crack to rim. No other faults.

A large Tibetan silver-mounted copper ewer with an angled shoulder and decorated with repousse work. Height: 30 cm. c.1900.

Copper surface worn, with traces of thin gilding. Dent to one shoulder, some damage to silver repousse on spout.

A rare European subject famille rose cup and saucer enamelled with a design of figures and buffalo, evidently copying a European engraving. Ht. of cup: 6.5 cm.; diameter of saucer: 12.0 cm. Qianlong (1736-95).

One minute flake of enamel loss. No other faults.

A rare Chinese bronze huqqa base ring with pierced decoration. Diameter: 11.6 cm. 17/18th cent.

Polished. No damage.

I have had this piece for many years but never found a Chinese bronze huqqa base to match it, though the form is known in porcelain and Canton enamel at least, so somewhere a bronze one must exist.
