A Cizhou stoneware jar with a flaring foot, bulbous body and double-strand loop handles, the greyish white body covered in a white slip and loosely decorated in iron-brown with a repeating floral design. Height: 5 ¾ in.; diameter: 7 in. Yuan dynasty, 13-14th cent. Old wear to interior of foot and to glaze at rim. No damage. |
