Purchased from a New England estate recently… At first I thought this brooch was done with feathers but with a loupe it is clearly cloisonné enamel. Likely from 40’s -60’s this pin is so colorful and detailed. Done on silver with a gold vermeil wash over it, this pin is in fine vintage condition with only a tiny tiny bit of enamel loss, not noticeable at all unless looking with magnification. Bird measures 2 1/2" W x 1” H and has a nice tight clasp on the back...

Super Mod Tie Bar by Christoffersen for International Sterling Co. c. 1950’s. Atomic dimensional explosions contained in a circular disk joined to a tapered bar of sterling silver! Bar measures 2 ¾” L x 3/8” W. Circular disk measures ¾” in diameter. (Silver clip return in back of bar 1 5/8” W.) Nice weight 12.9 dwt. sterling silver. Condition is excellent but this one needs a serious polish which I will leave to the next owner’s discretion...

Beautiful Jadeite and 14K Yellow Gold Hinged Bangle from a Local New England Estate. Jadeite has soft shades of greens- light pale and moss green mainly, with some brownish inclusions here and there. Connecting the jade are two 14K chased bands. They appear seamless, but one is actually the hinge and the other the tight tongue and groove clasp with safety chain all done in 14K Gold. This line always reminds me of outer space. It is quite difficult to find in general but almost impossible to find the earrings and pin together. Such organic fun and freedom in design with contrasting silver oxidation in background and sizes of balls.(I would have loved to have been in the room when this line was discussed!)
