Being offered is a super Danish Ceramic Lion Pendant by designer Karin Aase. This is one of the earliest marks I have seen by Aase. The colors of the pendant are matte cream background with a denim blue and golden yellow design of a modernist lion. PICs do not due this one justice....This piece was in it's original packaging with it's original rawhide leather cord when found recently at a local estate sale. Fantastic Vintage Mexican Flower Collar highlighted with Azure Malachite Cabochon Stones. Eleven Flowers 1 1/2" W x 1 1/2" H alternate in direction to create this stunning 16" Collar. Cabochons are beautiful mixes of intense greens and blues (like lapis). The silver has a wonderful patina, so the decision to polish or not will be at the next owner's discretion. No maker's mark surprisingly. Back is stamped twice with: Made in Mexico, SILVER. There is evidence of an old repair on the reverse...

Be offered is really the perfect bangle bracelet. It is simple enough to wear everyday with jeans and elegant enough to wear with more sophisticated outfits. The design likely was inspired by African Elephant Hair Bracelets that have very similar lines. Often the best designs are reinvented as is the case here in silver. Levin's work is minimalist, with hammered textures and shapes defining the jewelry. This bracelet is no exception...

Fantastic MOD Sculptural Ring by Joachim S'Paliu of Spain c. 1960's. This is one of my absolute favorite modernist designers. The lines in his works are always so clean and distinctive. Done in Sterling Silver this ring folds over itself creating wonderful angles of design. Marked inside band: S'Paliu, Spain, Sterling. Ring is a size 7 on my mandrel. Excellent condition with nice weight! A fabulous addition to any modernist collection!

Really fun pair of Sterling Geometric Cufflinks by American designer Joan Polsdorfer (JoPol)(1904-1982) who designed and worked for Jensen USA. Cuffs are 2 sided, with each rectangle measuring 1/2" L x 3/8" W. They are joined by chain. Each link has 4 bright ridges alternating with channels that are oxidized. This creates a very cool effect. Marked clearly on reverse JoPol, STERLING, design 141. Excellent vintage condition! Would make a great addition to any modernist or cufflink collection!

Really hard to find mid century modern Scandinavian SS earrings by Danish designer Poul Warmind. Earrings are very simple in design but also very elegant. No fuss here just clean mod lines. Massive Modernist Sterling Silver Bracelet by Sven Haugaard (1962-) of Kolding, Denmark. So industrial and chunky in design measuring 7/8" W x approx 7" L. Though smooth and without texture on the inside, the top of this bracelet is scored with a brushed finish. This is a serious bracelet weighing an astonishing 122.6 grams of sterling silver. Fabulous screw down clasp locks the bracelet in place and creates a continuous link save for the clasp head...

Thomas Mann's designs are self described as "jewelry objects". His designs are sculptural and distinctive combining plastics and metals to form unique compositions. This neck piece or bolo has as its focus a stylized torso of a woman. It is one of Mann's very early pieces c. 1970-1980. The torso measures 2 1/2" long by 1 1/2" wide and glides up and down its braided black leather cord. Two mixed metal end caps measuring 1 3/4" long, dangle at the bottom...

Really killer pair of mid century modern sterling bangles by award winning Danish designers Anni & Bent Knudsen. Very cool worn as a pair as each bangle tapers from 3/8" W to 1/8" W. Across the diameter is 2 5/8". The pair weigh 40.7 dwt. or 63.3 grams and feel great on! Each bangle is marked: DENMARK,BENT K, STERLING, 925S, C, 9, and in script anni & bent knudsen.
