Super Mod Tie Bar by Christoffersen for International Sterling Co. c. 1950’s. Atomic dimensional explosions contained in a circular disk joined to a tapered bar of sterling silver! Bar measures 2 ¾” L x 3/8” W. Circular disk measures ¾” in diameter. (Silver clip return in back of bar 1 5/8” W.) Nice weight 12.9 dwt. sterling silver. Condition is excellent but this one needs a serious polish which I will leave to the next owner’s discretion...

Unusual Sterling Silver Sculptural Modernist Danish Pin by RANDERS SOLVVAREFABRIK, RS, 1968-2000, Denmark. Pin has a very organic design and makes great use of the void spaces. Being offered is a super Danish Ceramic Lion Pendant by designer Karin Aase. This is one of the earliest marks I have seen by Aase. The colors of the pendant are matte cream background with a denim blue and golden yellow design of a modernist lion. PICs do not due this one justice....This piece was in it's original packaging with it's original rawhide leather cord when found recently at a local estate sale. Etched on reverse with: K, 2 figures, and and A- also etched into the ceramic is DANMARK...

Fantastic MOD Sculptural Ring by Joachim S'Paliu of Spain c. 1960's. This is one of my absolute favorite modernist designers. The lines in his works are always so clean and distinctive. Done in Sterling Silver this ring folds over itself creating wonderful angles of design. Marked inside band: S'Paliu, Spain, Sterling. Ring is a size 7 on my mandrel. Excellent condition with nice weight! A fabulous addition to any modernist collection!

Really fun pair of Sterling Geometric Cufflinks by American designer Joan Polsdorfer (JoPol)(1904-1982) who designed and worked for Jensen USA. Cuffs are 2 sided, with each rectangle measuring 1/2" L x 3/8" W. They are joined by chain. Each link has 4 bright ridges alternating with channels that are oxidized. This creates a very cool effect. Marked clearly on reverse JoPol, STERLING, design 141. Excellent vintage condition! Would make a great addition to any modernist or cufflink collection!

Intriguing pair of Mid century modern earrings by American Studio Modernist, Ed Levin (1921-2008). Actively working in NYC from 1950-1964 and then moving to Bennington, VT from 1964 to his passing in 2008. Levin's designs are unique in both concept and form. Great joy can be found in his designs through the use of unusual mechanics, the mixing of metals or play with movement. I love coming across his pieces...

Cool Mid Century Mod Sterling Ring with a scuptural design. Three Balls on a platform are at the ring's center with a raised U acting as a funky frame. Ring is Italian? in origin- not sure... Shank has brushed texture and measures approx. a size 7- very comfy on. Front measures approx. 1" H x 5/8" W. There is a diamond shaped hallmark and within that a stamp of 925. Excellent Vintage condition! A wonderful MOD ring sure to make a great addition to any Modernist or Retro collection!

FAB Modernist SS Double Pearl Pin by American Esther Lewittes. This pin is so Mod- hard to believe it was created more than 50 years ago. Very strong lines from every angle! Two large creamy white cultured pearls are cradled inside whips of sterling silver. Silver work is done with 1/2 round silver - flat on bottom rounded on top. Pin measures 2" H x 1 1/4" W. Marked on the reverse: STERLING LEWITTES. Excellent vintage condition...

Fine Hand Hammered Sterling Pendant with bezel set azure malachite stone on it's original ss wire choker. Neckpiece is a mid century creation c. 1960's and measures approx. 16 1/4" L (wire) while pendant is 1 1/2" In diameter. There is a wonderful dappled texture to the silver disk. Here is a very cool European Bracelet done in 800 Silver with Stripes of Browns & Orange. All hand done and perfect with casual wear! Back of bracelet is made with 1/2 round wire and fits beautifully on the wrist.
