Here is a Fraternity Sorority Pin I recently purchased at a local estate. This tiny gem measures 9/16" W x 3/8" H. It has a symbol within a red/orange enamel diamond shaped center. It is beautifully framed with tiny seed pearls. ***Please note that the 1st pic distorts the pearls. They are actually in excellent condition.*** Likely this pin dates from the mid 1920's. Marked clearly on the back 10K. In excellent all original shape.

Wonderful pair of mid century pins by Jean Victor Laglye, silversmith, Copenhagen, 1959-83. These pins have great weight at 37 grams! They are unusual amorphic designs, slightly concave, with soft lines. They measure 2"W X 1 1/2"H and 2"W x 1 3/8"H. There is a beveled edge on each pin which creates even more interest. Here is a beautiful Arts and Crafts Era Bar pin with a most unusual oval stone. Created in Sterling Silver c. 1910-1930 with graceful lines and subtle details. Note the tiny mission-like squares above and below the stone. Measuring 2 1/4" L x 3/8"W. The bezel set stone is marvelous! I don't really know what it is, but the olive and cream colors blending together are really exciting. All original and in excellent condition! Marked STERLING on back...

Great pair of early Vintage Los Ballesteros Earrings c. 1950. Their design looks so simple but as you look closer you see how 3 dimensional they really are. The outline is a basic clover shape but instead of the petals being rounded, they curve up and towards the center creating a swirl effect. Each curve ends in a ribbon like cut, adding to the feel of motion. These screwback earrings measure approx. 3/4" in diameter with very nice weight and are in fine condition. Original patina...

Fine Signed Mid Century German Enamel of a Horse and it's Rider, done in Silver. Great design combining both guilloche and cloisonne techniques. Enamel colors are done in Black, Turquoise Blue, White, Beige and Brown. Added texture is created by being able to see the cross hatched surface of concave silver base. Pin measures 1 3/4" W x just over 1 1/4" H. Signed on back of enamel as well as on back of silver frame...

I just bought a beautiful collection of old pink floral porcelin from a local estate. Offered here is a lovely Cake or Dessert Plate. Great details with a floral basket in the center overflowing with Peonies? or maybe Roses. A garland repeats this motif around the server's edges. Gold gilt decoration also adds interest. There is some loss of this gilt but no chips or cracks or repairs. Measures 3 1/2 " H and 8 1/4" diameter of top. Base measures 4 1/2" across...

Set consists of small pin tray 4 1/4" x 3", a hair receiver 2 1/2 "H (with lid) x just shy of 3" in diameter, and a matching jar- same measurements- with lid. Really wonderful old advertising bottle opener with a wooden handle and steel coil. Measures 3 1/2" in L and has the following printed ad: "J.E. Lovely early Micromosaic Quill Pen c. 1880 likely purchased while visiting Rome on a Grand Tour of Europe. This pen is in remarkable condition for it's age. Tiny glass tiles or tesserae are pieced together to form a design or picture. In this case a momento of Rome or "ROMA" as the tiny type in the center of the pen spells out. No tiles missing! Terrific Mod Scandanavian Bangle Bracelet c. 1950-60 from Denmark. It is very cleverly formed with 3 Balls as the focus on the one side, joined to round wire, which wraps the wrist and then terminates on the other side as square wire. Really interesting to look at. Inside measurement is approx. 7 1/2"L with an 1/8" opening. There is slight give to open the bangle wider. Nice heavy weight and marked on side of bangle: 925S, STERLING, S. BL, 46, DENMARK, JBH. Really beautiful Gothic Cross c. 1930. from Italy. This gem is ornately etched with flowers and leaves and measures 2 3/4" H (includes bail) x 2" W. It has that distinctive medieval refernce that was so evident in this type of Italian jewelry. It probably originally had a chain that had a maker's mark, possibly Peruzzi or Cini, but the only mark I could find is on the back, 800, for the silver content.
