It is in excellent condition and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Bob Marchant, Australian, (1938- ), was born in Dimboola, Victoria. He studied art at Melbourne's RMIT, then travelled to London where he spent twenty years as a graphic designer and art director. In 1981, Marchant returned to Sydney, Australia where he began to paint full time. He has had exhibits throughout Australia and in Los Angeles and Honolulu in the U.S. and also in France.
