Title: Lyrical Transportation Artist: Ara Berberyan (Arbe) Medium: Giclee on Canvas Size with border: 19" x 24" Edition: 13/99 This is a limted edition, hand signed and numbered, unframed, embellished giclee on canvas. It is in excellent condition and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Arbe grew up in Soviet Armenia, the son of a distinguished artist and Professor of Art & Design. By the age of twelve, Arbe had his first exhibition. His paintings were sent by the U.S.S.R. on an international tour called "The World by Childrens' Eyes", visiting France, Italy, Canada and the United States. When older, Arbe was invited to study at the University of Art & Design in Yerevan, Armenia. In 1981 he earned his Masters Degree and began his career as a fine artist by accomodating government commisssions for murals at the Yerevan Airport, theaters, hotels and other government projects. Arbe creates powerful, emotive artwork that brings life to any room. The price includes shipping, handling and insurance in the continental U.S. |
