This is a very interesting piece made by the Weller Pottery Co. The top part is a cigarette holder and the bottom part is an ashtray. There is an overall fine glaze crazing to the piece. There is a chip about 1/2" long on the lower part of the cigarette holder and a small crack on one of the cigarette rests.
