| Superb ring with a ram head on its top, and a leaping tiger on each side. Loop at upper side of the back. Bronze, with green, partly encrusted, patina. Iran, Luristan Culture, Ca. 9th century B.C. Dimensions: height: 3 5/16" (8,3 cm), width: 3 1/4" (8,5 cm). Very good condition despite a tiny chip at the ram's right antler. A very fine piece. Ex. old French collection. | |||||||
